Capezio Practice Ballet Tutu

Pops up too much

I got these for my dancer in S, M, and L because I had heard that they run small and if they are too small the tutu will pop up with the simplest leap. She is usually in a S adult and is very petite. All 3 sizes popped up and we could not get it to lay down. I advise everyone to find a better practice tutu than Capezio.
