Zedric's Texas Style Turkey Chili Mac

Yummy

I added some cheese to this casserole. It looks small at first, but stir it and it gets bigger. I always order this one.

Disappointed with Consistency

I've been ordering from Zedric's every week for quite a while and am usually very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, this meal was disappointing. The noodles were extremely overcooked and mushy, which made the texture difficult to enjoy. I'm not sure what happened this week, as this isn't typically my experience, but it definitely wasn't up to the standard I've come to expect from Zedric's. Hoping this was just an off batch because I've had great experiences otherwise.

Yummy with a little kick, high protein, and lower sodium, Win!

This Turkey Chili Mac is a delicious comfort type dish with a little heat. Not real spicy but definitely has a little kick. I'm guessing from the green chilies, yet they are big enough you can pick them out if you want...We added some of own sour cream and shredded cheese on top and this dish was perfection. I also really like that the sodium intake is extremely low for a chili, at 450mg and high 33g of protein.
