I could not be more grateful to the instawrap family. Their service and commitment is second to none. They went over and above to make sure we received our order after hours. I was running late because of the white out storm that passed through south central Ontario 2 week ago on Friday Feb 3rd 2023. It took me 4 hrs to get to their store, from Barrie, ON. Which would normally be a 45 minute drive. They closed at 3pm on that day and I didn't arrive until 4:50pm. They had someone stay there late to make sure we had the product when we needed it. Our sales person and the shipper took the term "customer service" to another level. We couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you Instawraps for your extraordinary service.
