Rewards adjustment with a satisfying taste

A bit hard to describe the taste, but good to drink. I had difficulty finding the right brew method, but I think 1 gram per 1 oz at 195F for 3 minutes produced a rich cup without bitterness in soft water. The smell reminds me of the musical note C-flat.
