Wool Felt Insoles - 13mm Thick, 1 Pair

Love the idea but I probably ordered the wrong thing. They’re too thick for my shoes. Sigh.

I bought these insoles to add some volume to some slightly oversized shoes, and they did the job well. The material was really comfortable and helped make my shoes fit comfortable snugly. On top of that, customer service was exceptional, as I had a minor hiccup with my order. They were very responsive and helped me fix my order quickly.

They were thicker and stiffer than expected. They wouldn’t compress at all in the shoes. I returned them. I followed the return instructions. When I didn’t get a refund, I told you I returned them and gave you the tracking number. No refund still. I’m altogether dissatisfied.
