Quality control lacking

Love all your creations BUT, quality control is sadly lacking……..3 cases in point: 1, the beautiful salad bowl had to be returned because of the offensive odor…….bowl should NEVER have left your warehouse! 2, the all pewter antler magnifying glass (which I love) snapped in half when I cleaned the lens……a re-enforcement pin could avoid such a dilemma…….will be returning said piece next week 3, the latest issue: the antler flatware caddy: again a very useful item BUT, the leather handles are not properly glued to hide the screws…….so, purchased super glue to repair. Have photographed the last two problems and will submit for you to study……. not returning cutlery caddy as it is very practical…….in summery, it seems to me these issues can be avoided with proper inspections prior to shipping………respectfully, HF

Beautiful piece that will be great for entertaining. Will go great with my other Vagabond pieces. Very good quality.
