Service was very poor and I would never use Lenco again. The item was ordered on jume 14th on a 3-5 working day delivery for which Inpaid extra. The item was not despatched intil the 19th. There was no reaponse to my almost daily emails asking initially for tracking information and then to cancel the order as it missed the deadline amd I had to order from elsewhere. I called but there was no answer and the message syatem was full. No apology and no refund of the extra costs. Tje only message was after deaptach sayong that it could nolonger be cancelled. Attrocious in all respects - not to be trusted.
