I ordered the dark gray shawl collar cardigan in size Large after reading a bunch of positive reviews for Black Sheep online. It did not disappoint. Shipping was really fast, so after a few days, the cardigan arrived in Norway. Quality was way better than expected, and I had high expectations. This will last for years to come.

As subject. Mr. Robert followed me very attentively. I had to make a return for a cardigan that turned out to be one size larger than stated on the label. I was helped thoroughly at every step, from the return process to the measurements. In the end, I purchased a blue cardigan and a dark grey one. I couldn’t be happier. A small note: the blue cardigan has a seam running through the middle of the shawl collar, which I will likely have altered. As I understand it, there are different production batches, and it might be useful to specify whether one prefers a collar construction with or without a central seam. The other shawl cardigans I own do not have a seam in the middle of the collar, and I believe this is a legitimate detail to point out. I admit I am quite picky, but Robert truly managed to accommodate me in every possible way. Excellent service and an excellent product.
