Sour Strawberry Tubes

I bought this, and more than ten other flavors / types of candy. The sour strawberry tubes was the only flavor my kids didn’t like. I tried one, and I realized why: the candy (the white filling) was so stale that it just crumbled in my mouth. The raspberry part was hard, and very difficult to chew. Everything else in the order was incredibly fresh! And, yes, I’m Swedish, and I’ve had about every type and flavor there is.

Not only did I have to wait 2 months (double the estimated time given) for my order to ship, but I did not receive a single update about the long extensions past the estimated and advertised time. I would not have minded the wait and did not really care had I been given any kind of notice or update past the 1 month provided wait time. Additionally, my order did not ship until after I emailed asking for any kind of update on the status of my order and I never received a response from the store itself besides an automated notification letting me know my order had shipped. Finally, when the product did arrive it was the wrong candy, I received the “sour strawberry mega bites” instead of the “rambo sour strawberry.” Overall I am very disappointed in many aspects of the service I received and would not recommend buying from this store to anyone given my experience.
