Great customer support

6 weeks to have the machine repaired was disappointing, but had to return it for another part which they fixed in 1 day. But had to return it again for another part and took 2days. They stood behind their work even discounted the additional parts without charging any additional labour. Sure the time frame and additional returns for service was disappointing but the customer service to stand behind their work and pay only for additional parts was amazing. I would use them again without hesitation.
