Cute boots overall, but be prepared to wait a while for shipping. The upper part of the boots is much tighter than it appears in the photos, so they’re difficult to take off comfortably. Customer service was initially helpful. Although responses were slow, they did prioritize my order and shipped it faster because I needed the boots for a special event, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the boots arrived in the wrong color. I ordered beige and received black instead. After reaching out about the issue, I never received a response, which was disappointing.

These boots are such good quality, I’ve had mine for almost a year now and I am so impressed with the wear, the fit, durability, all of it. Definitely worth the splurge for a staple closet item. I was unsure about sizing when I ordered but the customer service was amazing, they worked with me to quickly correct my order for the right sizing and were very responsive in my inquiries. Shipping was very quick and they got here just in time for me to wear to my daughters “First Rodeo” birthday party! Besides dressing for the occasion, these are the perfect addition for any outfit! These are boots I will cherish and care for and hopefully pass on to my daughter one day! I love love love them!
