Side-Angle Table Tripod

The legs don't pull out...

I had one of these tripods years ago, and somehow lost it. Finally purchased another one, and while it's working, all the legs don't pull out, so I can't fully use it.

I ordered the side angle tripod along with the overhead kit and due to my own error I thought it was broken and didn’t even realize I got it. I reached out to the Overhead Pro Customer Service team and was helped right away. Apparently I didn’t need the help but they still did everything to help accommodate me despite my confusion and mistake.
