This was my second time ordering from Metal Lotus. When the charcoal beaded nose hoop arrived, the package was crushed. One of the beads had shattered completely. I emailed photos to the maker, and she IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement. I am thrilled with my new jewelry! The craftsmanship is excellent, the ease of figuring out size & gauge is easy with such detailed information on the site, and my order arrived earlier than expected.
