Speedy delivery

I love my new loom. Am on my second project and it’s all good. I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered on Monday from New Zealand. Amazing!

Great Product with Great Service!

Service was super excellent. They went out of their way keeping track of my loom at the New Zealand Factory. Shipping was super quick which really surprised me. And the loom….its totally beautiful and works soooo fantastic! The packaging and instructions for assembling was impeccable. Every single piece was packaged super nice and not a single thing missing. This loom is like a cadillac compared to my rigid heddle I was using! And as I mentioned earlier, the service at both Paradise and the Ashford factory in New Zealand was extraordinary! I would definitely recommend this loom and I would definitely recommend buying from Paradise!
