WCS Classic Collection Razor 110S, Stainless Steel

Hefty but easy to use

I've been using this for about two weeks now and I'm really enjoying the weight. It makes it easy to maneuver and allow the razor to do the work for you. The handle is easy to grip. I ordered this with a closed comb which is my preferred style. I received a safety bar head which I've never used before. after using it, I still find a closed comb more consistent and provides me a closer shave. The other thing I don't like about the safety bar head is the very high ridge in the middle. This makes it particularly difficult to shave under the nose area. The attached picture shows another WCS razor with a closed comb on the left, the center razor is the 110s with the safety bar head and the right is a Merkur with another closed comb. Aside from the head (at least for me) that came with this, the razor is great.

The Fatty

I wanted a heavy razor with a stubby handle and that is what I got. Shaves very well with a variety of blades and is medium-aggressive. No need to use pressure here. Let the weight of the razor do all the work. Great quality for the price-point. The head most likely isn't stainless, but the handle definitely is.
