BERD Spokes are amazing. Turnaround was pretty quick and customer service was responsive. Shipping a wheel-set to BERD can get a little expensive but the warranty for having them build the wheels makes it worth it. My only complaint has to do with my specific wheels, when I got them back there were some old nylon washers from the original build rattling around inside the rim.

Berd Wheels are the Best!
Berd wheels are truly the best wheels out there. The entire Berd team - wheel builders, spoke makers, sales, service/shipping, order fulfillment specialist, operations, media, R&D, and CEO - totally rock at what they do! Thanks for making a superior product and giving all of the bike nerds an even better reason to ride.
