I bought this out of curiosity after reading about it for years......I'm not a big bay rum guy.....I have a bottle of dominican bay rum in the cabinet for years....the Captain's Choice is better than bay rums that cost much more...and most do.......it delivers a great cooling post-shave burn that cools and soothes........that's what it's for.....it's not cologne.....not intended to be.......I keep it in the refrigerator and will use it on hot days......bay rum to me is a summer A/S.......if you like bay rum.......this is the one.

Classic Bay Rum With A Bite

I like this one more than their regular Bay Rum because of the extra lively tingle it provides. The scent is classic bay rum. Another great product from Captain's Choice! A little pricey though.

Expensive but I like the brisk pinch of the astringent and like the fragrance.
