Okay, for me I wore the vest to work and this for working out. The neoprene and latex combined with the silhouette make this a go-to for a gym sesh. I didn’t find it uncomfortable for anything under running or HIIT, so hike , bike and walk all you want. Very stylish piece, I wore it on the outside of a T and paired with a pink top and black run tights! Many complements 😍

This is the second waist trainer I purchased cause I wanted an extra, preferably with another row of hooks for my waist training journey and was not disappointed. The bones don’t fold, extra firm, doesn’t roll. I should’ve purchased along time ago when I was post partum.
