Easy to install and everything works as advertised

Good product but misleading

You really have to press the lock 3 times at a consistent pace or it doesn’t start and the main reason for 3 stars is even with the instructions it say to download thr remote start app (main reason why I bought this product), after messing with it for sometime I contact customer service because the app wouldn’t work. Turns out I didn’t select all the proper options and it’s going to cost another $199 to buy that also. Not very happy; it’s definitely more expensive than their competitors.
