Bad after sale support
I have emailed your company twice with a question about installing this battery pack, but I have not received any response, even after several weeks.
I am very disappointed with the level of after-sales support. When I was purchasing your products, customer service was prompt and helpful. Unfortunately, the support I've experienced after the sale has been the opposite.
I would appreciate a response to my installation question as soon as possible. I hope you will stand behind your products by providing the customer support your customers expect.
