I called customer service not knowing what I needed to accomplish my goals and everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products. That alone is rare today. I was also given information on how I could expect each of the products to perform in a variety of recording conditions. I can't say enough about my initial and follow up calls. This is a great purchase. Quality sound. It has times it skips recording during recording. Overall great product.

Changed it

The old ones were great... they "new and improved" it and now it's a piece of junk. They no longer record by voice activation, although they claim they do. Perhaps the scheduled recording feature is what some people want, but I wanted voice activation and it no longer works at all. So I had to send it back...highly disappointed.
