Lavender Earl Grey

Full bodied and delightfull

If not brew right can taste floral or bitter

It's a tea, not an English lord with a fondness for pastels

I tried lavender Earl Grey at a Chado tea room years ago. It's an invigorating, nicely-flavored afternoon tea. Bergamot and lavender don't sound like a good pairing, but I'm glad someone was bold enough to try them together.
