Confused?

I bought two previously on Amazon had no luck with them them I bought one from you guys and I noticed yours was a clipping where Amazon I got a whole tree that doesn’t matter however I water every couple days like described on your webpage and other post that I read and it’s still not doing good this one has like only a couple leaves left and it looks like it’s pretty much dying? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I went ahead and bought your bonsai food Liquid from you guy. I don’t know what else to do? Please any suggestions would be great help? My plant is literally circling the drain!
