Short shipped, bad packaging and mediocre craftsmanship

I placed a small order for a few accessories and was disappointed when I only received a quantity of one item when I ordered two. I had to follow up to get the second one shipped. Customer service was responsive but it still was an annoyance for such a small order. The paper envelope that they mailed the croakies in resulted in it being smashed and creating a fold. I could have ignored all that if the product was pristine but the sew job on ends wasn't even and it causes them to sit slightly off on the glasses. This is very uncharacteristic of what I see from Castaway when I order my embroidered pants with which I am always extremely satisfied. Perhaps the tiny order got a tiny amount of attention
