Great for run training
I've only started using this as part of my training and I can already feel the difference. Less fatigue and faster bounce back on my back to back runs. It mixes easily and the taste is smooth. Definitely worth the cost.

You feel the difference within a few weeks
Been taking it consistently for months now, and I can definitely feel the difference on the bike. It's become such an important part of my routine.

HMB Creatine
I have only started to take creatine in the past 6 months, so I find it difficult to rate this compared to the other one I took first. With taking creatine, I noticed I seemed to bulk up a little more, though I know this is just a little more water retention in the muscles. As far as a cognitive improvement, again, I find this hard to notice. I use creatine as part of my overall health regime (cold plunging, supplements, etc.). What I do find impressive and helpful, is the weekly scientific reports regarding the products that they sell. I find them not biased, informative and not too long. They also don't bombard you with too many emails (max 2/week?). I am an older (59) active person, so I appreciate the benefits as it relates to aging.
