Bungee good but sand spike isn’t

Bungee is good but we just used the sand spike for the first time and it bent in the sand while boat was attached. Like the metal was too thin. Will be returning:(

Overall good first experience. I'm using it as a self adjusting anchor marker/stuck anchor retrieval rope. Tried it on a 4' tide in 15' of water and it adjusted fine with a Size 1 round buoy. Only reason for 4 stars, is that I got the impression from the advertising that it was an Anchor Caddie product, and it's the same as the versions sold elsewhere.
