The refills were a pretty standard item. I ordered from Pen Boutique only once before but remembered them because they put two little Jolly Rancher candies in my order. That made me laugh and encouraged my return. No candy this time though :(

Everything was as expected. The wax protective cover on the refill surprised me, but once removed the refills are perfect. Service was great.
