I thought that I had ordered the Chai pendant, but it was difficult to tell, since the receipt and order email did not indicate which pendant was selected. I received the Hamsa pendant instead. Nadia helped me immediately. I received the return mailing label and got it back to the artist. There was some mix-up on the artist's side, which can happen, so it took a while to get the replacement. Nadia continued to stay on top of it, got in contact with the artist, and within a couple of days of her contacting the artist I received the pendant. I remain very impressed with the level of customer service at Modern Tribe!
