I love my Retro 1951 pencil and these leads are great--I like a thicker lead. Plus the packaging came with a note of thanks and a couple of Jolly Ranchers! Thanks for the personal touch.

The retro 51 pencil is great

In general the pencil works fine, I find it to be a bit short however it fits well in the hand. The lead size 1.15 is like having a regular #2 pencil, This pencil is being used in addition to hot other drawing pencils and doing a great job. I find it hard to get B2 or B4 Leads for this size.
