Inferior Quality/ clock inner components are china junk

Clocks inner workings/mechanisms are all plastic and made in china. They are made to break. The sound is not adjustable as It advertises to a low volume. The feature to have this turn off during an 8 hour sleep is NOT adjustable. They dvertise otherwise. The shell/outer decorative is nice but a clock that does not work is useless. Additionally the sales rep is without any knowledge and could care less if there is an issue. She does not communicate well and the dealings with Hermle direct were far more productive, Stay away from this company. All they want is your hard earned money. Once they get it you will never hear from then again. Very disappointing and stressful transaction.
