REMINERALIZING Toothpaste and Tooth Powder

Product missing from order.

I love the product and have ordered it many times before. This time I received an incorrect order and my toothpaste was replaced with tooth powder. I don't plan to try the tooth powder. I've probably spent close to $10,000 between Frankie's businesses over the years. Overall, I give five stars for quality. Four stars for the price points of his products. He offers unique products that are sometimes impossible to find elsewhere. I give one star for communication. I've sent several emails over the years about incorrect orders and have never received a response other than when I informed them that the price of the product was ringing up cheaper than it should. At which point I received a bill at a discounted rate to pay for more of my order. Previously I've always received the item I ordered after emailing about an incorrect order. I've sent two emails about missing the toothpaste from this order and have not seen any evidence that the discrepancy is being corrected.

Special product

Mine came in a jar with solids separated. Mixed it up well then applied to my toothbrush. Taste fantastic and very gentle on my teeth. Love this toothpaste!!!

Great product, missing item

I got the toothpaste and tooth powder, but the toothpaste didn’t come with it, other wise the tooth powder is a great product
