Great, fresh leaves

I never knew hold old and dried out the grocery store bay leaves were before my flat pack arrived. The last jar I got at the grocery was so dry most of the leaves had crumbled. These leaves were noticeably thicker and more flexible than fragile. They smelled much stronger and I think the flavors are more pronounced and complex in my dishes from them.
