Cumin, Ground Seeds

Didn't think

I didn't think I was a cumin fan because of the smell & taste of the store bought cumin, but I have lots of recieps that called for it so I bought stright from my favorite spice house. Low & behold its wonderful.

So fresh!

If I'm using a lot of cumin, I'll buy the seeds and toast and grind them. *Great* In a pinch, or during warmer weather, I will buy the ground. It's a real, real close second. I never hesitate to restock with it.

Great flavor

Cumin is a fairly strong flavor, so when using in a recipe the quality and depth of flavor really matter. Spice House always delivers, fresh vibrant flavor you can depend on.
