Great glasses, great company, great customer service

I bought the X8-200 frames with polarized, transition lenses. They arrived sooner than expected, and they were great. However, my original prescription was a bit off - my optometrist needed to re-examine me and change the prescription for one eye. Once I got the new numbers I called Jay and asked if I could just pay for new lenses and keep the frames. Instead, he offered to ship me a new pair - at no charge- and had me send back the first pair. Those also arrived in just a few days, and they’re perfect. I love these lenses. Although they do offer shade, they tend to brighten things up and add contrast. I was amazed at their customer service. Sometimes online retailers are difficult, but Optics Outfitter made buying a pleasure. I wish I needed more glasses!
