I made some weird sizing errors on my order and the staff at Dellafora noticed that what I had ordered was out of the ordinary and reach out by email to clarify my order. They made the necessary changes so easily! I had to send my rings back for resizing multiple times and they provided free shipping to do this and were even understanding when I waited more than a month for my third resizing.
