Quality has changed.

I purchased my first Gel Microfiber Down Alternative Poly Bed 6 years ago. It was just soft heaven for about 5 years. It started clumping in spots after that and I finally decided to order a new one this April/24. Comfort was wonderful and lofty, but after only 2 months use it started clumping and getting bumpy in spots. Very disappointed. I'm a petite senior and do not understand how the second purchase became so uncomfortable after only a few months use!? I also ordered another Gel Microfiber pillow because I loved my first one so much. The second pillow was only half the loft of my first purchase. (in less than a year). Don't think I will be purchasing any more products, unfortunately.
