Bought two pillows to compare!

I bought this one standard size in medium weight, plus the orange packaged one, which is white down but not goose I believe (also medium weight and standard size). Got both on sale. I haven't received my pillow protectors yet so am using two pillow cases for now. First of all, I'm both cases the medium fills feel pretty firm with two pillow cases - almost more than I like! My old ones were so old that they'd lost a lot of their loft and must have been bought soft vs medium when new. So both of these new ones while not bricks, definitely feel very filled. I'm not sure if they'll loosen up in time or if I'll just have to get used to them feeling this full. But again I'm used to super soft and loose feeling. At first I couldn't tell which pillow was the Hutterite one but I tossed them both around and pressed on them And sure enough, one felt ever so slightly more fluffy, slightly looser or less compressed feeling and cloud like even while still seeming quite full. I checked and was correct. So yes the Hutterite down pillow feels nicer than the other one, though the other one is still very nice. I'm curious how much softer these would feel without two pillow cases on each one. I use them mostly to cuddle up against on my side as I use king down pillows for under my head. Though sometimes I'll sleep with the standard on top of the king. Anyway I might like them a bit less full. Still really like them though so we'll see how they feel in time. The Hutterite is a great product! I also have the Hutterite down comforter and couldn't be happier! Especially now with these pillows, I definitely look forward to crawling into bed more than ever now after a long day! Thanks!

Great experience. Love your goose down pillows and the pillow cases I bought. Looking forward to buying some matching sheets when they become avaliable.
