questionable shipping charge?

My tea arrived within a few days of the order and was packaged as I requested. Excellent service. The only disappointment is the shipping charge. It states on the website that orders over 65 dollars ship free. My order was over 100 dollars and I was charged with shipping. I did use my bonus points and the order was still over 65 dollars. After speaking over the phone to an associate, it sounds like you can use free shipping or bonus points but not both.
