Mild coffee flavor. Great taste. Don’t see that it helps you lose weight though.

I've tried many brands and thought I had found my favorite in a medium roast breakfast blend that came in the pods that my machine uses. I received my first box as a gift and I will never go back to any other coffee. I love the taste and the extra ingredients are just a plus (especially the little added fiber!). Honestly, just try it for yourself. Then go back and try to have a cup of what you thought was your favorite before. Life changing!
