I love my heart shaped necklace. It has my pets coloured ashes in and cubic zirconia on the other side. I was kept informed of every step and any remaining ashes were returned to me. Really appreciated the way I was kept up to date. Everyone who has seen my necklace loves it. I will never take it off.
