My 10 year old daughter had to have sports goggles to play football. We have gone through a couple of different options over the last few years. I was nervous about spending this amount of money having not seen them or buying online. However we took the plunge and service was fantastic. Both in advance and after receiving them. Questions were quickly answered and the service was excellent. The glasses are brilliant, really sturdy, the prescription is perfect as well. The case they come in is a proper hard shell. Only thing we decided to do was buy a strap that was sold separately, which replaced the arms. This was after her using them all day, she found them a little uncomfortable. However it was fine before while it was an hours game. Highly recommend and have already recommended them to others in her team.

Too tight

I ordered prescription glasses and as suggested had your optician review my order. Unfortunately the glasses are so tight behind my ears I can’t use them. Since they are prescription I would only be able to get a refund for the frame. I will try the strap you sent but I am also checking with my local optician to see if they can help. Maybe different arms that aren’t so curved.

Great Post Purchase Service

I bought a pair of sports glasses for my son. When they arrived, he felt they were a little too tight. I contacted customer service right away, and they were very helpful. Within the next one to two weeks, we received a bigger size. In the meantime, they even suggested that my son continue using the smaller pair for his football matches while waiting for the replacement.
