I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical about ordering otoro online, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality and freshness exceeded my expectations. It was truly exceptional, and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Unbelievable Quality, Shipping, and Service

I've been ordering from Riviera for a few years now and I'm so happy with everything! I have ordered Wagyu A5 in various forms, a few different salmons, and always Blue Fin Otoro. This order was a pound each of Blue Fin Otoro and Bakkafrost Salmon. Both are off the charts delicious, absolute top shelf as always. The Otoro has gorgeous marbling, sooooo fatty and delicious. I do them as nigiri, and put a light sear on top with a culinary torch as eaten, and it is THE best Otoro I've eaten, and I've enjoyed it many times over the decadea at AAA sushi shops (most sushi shops can't or wont obtain Otoro at all). My wife snapped a picture before we indulged, you can see that Riviera is THE best, bar none. Look at that marbling!! It instantly begins to melt and sizzle under light sear, and then melts in your mouth, it is the definition of cullinary decadence. The shipping is always overnight, no issues, and arrives extremely well packed with dry ice to spare, products are still superfrozrn upon arrival. Riviera has earned a lifetime customer many times over.
