Ippodo is the best!

So I’ve been ordering from this company for a couple years now and love their matcha. Even got some in Japan when I visited in the beginning of this year. When I placed an order for their seasonal matcha, I was looking forward to having it again. Unfortunately, my matcha got stolen and was delivered an empty box that they tried to tape up even though it was obvious it was tampered with. Contacted their support and they saw the pictures I sent and what I received and they sent me a replacement. Different delivery company handled the replacement and complimentary express shipping was given since I also had to wait for the order beforehand before it was stolen. Arrived on schedule and received the matcha with no more complications. Thank you so much Ippodo! I appreciate your help and will continue to support this company. Thank you again!

I found this a bit too light as I prefer Ikuyo but it is very pleasant. No astringency and barely any bitterness, very smooth.
