Quality is good. Front 3 magazine pouches have flaps with velcro. Right behind them are 3 open pouches with bungie and tabs on it. The big side pouches are able to accommodate lots of objects but if you dont fill it up completely everything shifts and it becomes a mess. I'd like to be able to remove them and run individual pouches with MOLLE/PALS or have little tabs inside on the corners to bungie cord it to a slimmer profile without having it exposed to catch on vegetation. All in all this is the best rig to run for the HK417 just wish it was a little more modular for diffrent mission setups.
