Plastic strip behind the mesh is separated and doesn’t sit flat.. it feels like the mesh could separate because of this plastic strip. It’s not quite right. I will continue to buy your products, but not very happy with the hat.

Great product, great packaging and great attention to detail. Letter from the owner and extra goodies was an un unexpected detail that I loved. A throwback to a time where the customer experience was considered from start to finish . Well done will definitely buy more.
