I own a 6. 0 powerstroke and I'm running a KC Jetfire 9 blades with a 5 inch straight piped tune and deleted so if you're familiar with those 9 blades Turbos they are the loudest you can put on those trucks. You either love it or hate it I personally love it bu since I live in a residential areas and I don't want to annoy my neighbor I was looking to get best of both worlds and let me tell you something I was more than impressed how good the muffler is to quiet down the whistle. When the valve is close you can barely ear it so it dose more than the job. Its very easy to install, back pressure stays the same and the remote is working good inside the cab and its quick. If you were wondering is this would work great on a diesel this is your answer
