Bad first purchase

Ordered before Christmas cutoff date. It is now December 28th and I still am without my Christmas gifts. Very disappointed that an order by date was provided, and it took 6 days before my order was shipped. This may be a great company but I haven't had a great encounter. Based off of my first interaction, I would not recommend this company.
