Disappointed

I bought this to send to my partially sighted Aunt. She recieved it and it did not work. When her son opened up the back to see if there were any loose wires, he could find no problems. My Aunt was unable to see clearly what the card looked like or hear a Christmas tune. Disappointing for her and myself.
