I bought a Lifestraw Pitcher from Amazon and I couldn’t get the filter to work properly. It would take an hour to get a cup of water. I tried all the tips and tricks to fix it. I reached out to Lifestraw directly and they quickly shipped a new filter to me which works perfectly!

We moved into a new home with the most fowl tap water I've ever tasted. Smelled heavily of chlorine as well. LifeWater filters are the only reason we are able to drink our water. Took away the smell and the taste is much improved.
