I gave up drinking coffee for over a year now, I had to, too much heart palpitations from drinking it. Yet my wife is an coffee aficionado our mornings turned a little different as she had her coffee and I turned to ginger, turmeric, honey, and lemon tea. Sometimes chamomile and cinnamon tea or just simple lemon water. Then I found this wonderful concoction and how tasty it is. Now I have my Cocoa cup alongside my wife having her coffee in the morning. It taste great, gives me a little calm pep, and I even put a tablespoon in my smoothie and at times have a cup in the afternoon. I like that it includes the mushrooms as this is good for the immune system. I highly recommend this product.
